Client Consent and Declaration
Why we need your personal data:
In order for us (the company and its 'Therapists) to provide safe and relevant treatments, it is necessary for us to collect only relevant personal information.
How do we obtain your personal data:
We only hold information about you, which has been voluntarily provided to us by you (the client). We ask you to check the details are correct to the best of your knowledge and that you sign the bottom of the consultation form after checking to verify your knowledge and agreement to the data being held.
Data Retention:
In order to comply with Insurance Policies and legal procedures, we (the company and its 'therapists) are required to hold your personal data for a period of 7 years.
Storage and security of your personal data:
We will take all appropriate technical and organisational steps to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability and authenticity of your data.
Who can access your personal data:
Only relevant personnel within the company shall have access to your personal data. This is in the interest of conducting safe treatments on you, in order that we may contact you in the case of last minute cancellations.
Your rights:
You have the right to access, amend (if details are incorrect or out of date) or withdraw your personal data if you no longer wish to be a client, however, if you wish to withdraw your personal details, please make this known in writing. Please be aware that details of all treatments must be held (by law) for a period of 7 years.
Salon Policy
Etiquette:
Please can all new clients arrive 10 minutes earlier than the start time.
To ensure you have a relaxing and tranquil environment, we kindly ask you to switch off your mobile phone.
Contraindications:
Clients with veruccas or athletes foot, pedicures must be avoided. Pregnant clients will be advised of the best treatments for each stage of their pregnancy. Please advise your therapist if you have any medical conditions that may contraindicate your treatment/package.
Additional information:
A patch test is required for HD and eyelash/brow tinting 24 hours prior to treatment. We recommend you do not have any heat treatments 24 hrs before or after waxing.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers can be purchased from Pure Escape Beauty and are valid from 12 months from the date of purchase. These can be ordered over the phone or by email. Vouchers are also redeemable against retail products.
Deposits:
We require a £20 deposit per person for treatments over £60. This secures your booking and is non refundable if 48 hours notice is not given.
